If an Excel with phones doesn’t finish loading

If an Excel with phones does not finish loading:

1. Check that our Excel meets the requirements described in the article How to prepare a phone Excel

2. It may have taken us a long time to program the campaign and the session has expired. You have to reload the page and log in again (you will lose the parameters of the campaign you were scheduling).

3. It is very common that the Excel header is corrupt (caused by opening and saving the excel in different computers or operating systems). In this case you have to open a new Excel and paste in it the 2 columns of data from the original Excel (making sure that both are in text format).
