How to prepare an Excel of phone numbers
Massphoning works with 2-column Excel (.xls and .xlsx) files in text format, with identifiers in the first column and phone numbers in the second column. The most efficient identifier is a column of sequential codes 0001, 0002, … that later will allow us to better manage the results of the campaign.
1. We start from a database in Excel with multiple columns, one of which contains the phone numbers
2. We add a column to the left, assign text format to it and generate the sequence by typing 0001, 0002 and dragging
3. We delete the rest of the columns and make sure that the phone numbers column is also in text format
4. The Excel with the results of the campaign is easily managed with the column of sequential numbers
